New Class - The 4th Trimester

We’re thrilled to introduce one of our newest classes — and even more excited to welcome the incredible Elaine Allen as our partner and instructor.

Elaine brings nearly 15 years of experience as a practicing doula, guiding women with intention and care through every stage of the childbearing journey. Her holistic approach is grounded in both professional training and continued education, including specialized workshops in rebozo techniques, acupressure, Spinning Babies, and lactation support.

Passionate about helping women discover their inner strength and confidence, Elaine believes every mother should come out of birth saying, “If I can do that, I can do anything!”

We know that life after birth can feel overwhelming — emotions run high, sleep runs low, and everything feels brand new. This class is designed to support you in that transition.

Navigating life with a newborn can be uncertain and overwhelming. Not only are you learning to care for your baby, you’re learning to care for the new mother in this unfamiliar season. This course will encourage parents to slow down and cherish the vital mother-baby relationship. It will cover balancing the practical needs of a newborn with the physical, emotional and mental healing that comes after delivery, and discuss constructive ways fathers can foster a healing environment for their partners. Most importantly, it will give parents the assurance that they intuitively have the ability to nurture and support their new family. This class is taught by Elaine Allen, veteran doula and mother of five, who gives practical guidance and wisdom about life with a newborn (and beyond!)
