you are covered by insurance for up to six visits (including a prenatal visit to prepare).

We may be in network with PNOA PLANS AND MULTIPLAN coverage as well. Look for the icon on your card!

AFTER INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL, PLEASE ALLOW A 24-48 HOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR RESPONSE.

If your insurance is not covered under The Lactation Network options, or covered under Aetna, your visit(s) will be considered be self-pay.
When requested, a "Superbill" will be provided to submit to your insurance company for any potential reimbursement.
