Book club for Pregnant and New Moms

Finding mom friends or a support group after having a baby is incredibly important for emotional well-being and mental health. Motherhood can feel isolating, especially in the early months, and having people who truly understand what you're going through can provide comfort, encouragement, and practical advice. These connections offer a safe space to share struggles, celebrate milestones, and remind you that you're not alone. A strong support system can make the transition into parenthood feel less overwhelming and more joyful.

For this reason, we created a once-a-month group here at our offices for pregnant and new moms! We will rotate between speakers, book discussions, and fun crafts! We will have light snacks available, but not a full lunch (except for the brunch days).

When: 2nd Monday of each month, 12 -1:30pm

Where: RBB Offices 1900 Skipwith Rd. Henrico 23229

Who: Women and Babies up to 18 months old
