Prenatal Yoga Classes!

In this upcoming 4 week prenatal yoga series, we will focus on cultivating mental and physical well-being and resilience to support you during your pregnancy and beyond. These classes are designed to deepen your connection with yourself and your growing baby, cultivate parental mindfulness, aid in relaxation, and prepare you for the mental and physical demands of labor, birth, and new parenthood.

Each class may include guided meditation, asana (physical practice), hands-on adjustments, the use of props to support your changing body, and gentle yogic massage. These classes are appropriate for individuals at any stage of pregnancy.
