We’re Back for Our New Moms Book Club & Social – 10/13/25!
We’re excited to welcome you back on October 13, 2025, for our next New Moms Book Club & Social!
This time, we’ll be joined by a special guest speaker — Amy Washington — who will be leading a discussion on something many new moms tend to overlook nourishing your body after birth.
Amy will guide us through the importance of not just remembering to eat (which, let’s be honest, can easily slip your mind with a newborn), but choosing foods that actively support your body’s recovery.
Let’s be real — having a baby is no joke. Unfortunately, in many parts of the U.S., postpartum moms are often expected to bounce back quickly, as if they’re superheroes who might be tired, but don’t need much healing after giving birth.
While we do believe you’re a superhero, mama — you’re not invincible. Resting when you can is essential. But just as important is giving your body the fuel it desperately needs — especially after the blood loss and physical toll of birth. When those around you can help with meals that truly nourish you, recovery becomes much more manageable.
Come join us for community, conversation, and compassionate support. We can’t wait to see you there! You can register for this FREE event here using this link - Sign up a friend to join you as well, or come solo(or with that sweet new baby) and meet new moms!
