We recommend eating and drinking throughout labor, (unless your medical professional advises otherwise).
Why?
Simple answer: Your body is working HARD, and it needs fuel. Remember, what you eat early in labor may come back up later, so we typically encourage moms to avoid extra spicy or greasy foods. Instead, stick with lighter, more protein and fat filled options.
