Milan is a Virginia State Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with a heartfelt dedication to supporting families through the beautiful and sometimes challenging journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She believes that education, community, and compassion are the foundation for creating safe, nurturing spaces where new moms and their families can truly thrive. With a deep-rooted passion for maternal and infant health, Milan has become a strong advocate for informed birth experiences and has specialized in childbirth education. Drawing from years of hands-on experience caring for children from infancy to age four, she also offers trusted overnight postpartum support to help ease the transition into parenthood. When she’s not caring for families, Milan finds joy in preparing homemade meals in her kitchen, enjoying local festivals, or curled up with a good book and her beloved Frenchie by her side.
