Meet Ariel
- Postpartum Doula, Overnight Care -

Ariel's interest in newborn and infant care began during her undergraduate nursing studies, where she worked as a NICU student assistant. This experience deepened her passion for equipping families with the education and resources they need to care for their newborns. Early in her nursing career, Ariel recognized the pressing need for maternal support, particularly for families of premature infants. This insight led her to become a postpartum doula, providing compassionate care to mothers and families in the comfort of their homes during the postpartum period.
Now a PhD student, Ariel’s research focuses on improving perinatal mental health care for women with serious mental illnesses. Her commitment to enhancing maternal well-being shapes her doula practice as she works to reduce stress, promote healthy mother-baby bonding, and alleviate symptoms of maternal depression and anxiety.
Ariel’s mission as a doula is to empower families with the knowledge and confidence to care for their infants while fostering an environment of love, peace, and joy during a challenging time. She is eager to collaborate with families to support their newborn care needs and guide them through the postpartum journey.”
