Wearing many hats, Cierra is RBB's office manager who also has over 5 years of experience working with infants and children. She has worked in Daycare facilities and has nannied. 
The love she has for babies/children  allowed her to pursue becoming a Professional Postpartum Doula. Having over 10 cases under her belt, she looks forward to helping out families by offering her extra hand and lightening their load.

Cierra comes from a huge family so, she understands the benefits of having support.
When not extending that extra hand to others, Cierra loves being in or around water, outside activities and spending time with her family.
