Jessee Perry is a Virginia native, having grown up in Chesterfield County and currently living in Richmond City with her husband, son, and four cats. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a triple major in political science, philosophy, and communication studies with a minor in ethics. For over a decade, Jessee has worked in the insurance industry as a sales coach and most recently opening her own insurance agency in 2019 in Midlothian. 

Jessee’s entry into the birth worker community was inspired by the support her doula provided her during the birth of her first son. Ever since then she has dreamed of empowering women during their pregnancies and births to have the best possible experience. She completed the RVA Doulas training program through the Office of Community Wealth Building and The VBAC Link Advanced VBAC Doula certification in 2024. As a person living with mental health challenges, her passion is supporting women who share the same struggles.
